WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return any non-custom items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with all original labels and hygiene stickers attached. Cost of shipping is non-refundable. I reserve the right to refuse any item that isn't in a sellable condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Fill out the form on the contact page to let me know you need to return an item. Make sure you include your order number and the names of the items you wish to return. I will aim to reply within 48 hours.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges will be subject to stock availability. If you need to exchange an item, fill out the form on the contact page. Make sure you include your order number, the names of the items you wish to return, and the names of the items you wish to exchange for. If the exchange isn't possible, I will offer a refund.
